Happiness is different for everyone. Yet everyone knows it when it comes. We all want it, but as it is often covered with the mystery mist, we may be lost looking for it, especially on the hardest days when we need it most. LET'S MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND.
This project has very personal beginnings. I started searching for my happiness during the darkest days, too. Luckily, I was searching for the answers that were research based, scientific approach and everything. I've got some progress myself, and now want to share it.
This is all about taking small steps every day, building easy happy habits, working out your happiness muscle day by day, building the background happiness, so that in the times of sorrow, your mental happy muscle is strong and keeps you going. So that you live your day happily ever after.
I believe a human is marvellous creature, an ingenious biological machine that can be tuned to live a happier life. Iām synthesizing knowledge from neuroscience, psychology, biology, and other disciplines, including emerging technology and futures studies, about how the brain, the mind, the body, environment, socium, beliefs function, how they are interconnected when it comes to a human feeling of happiness, how the newest finding can help us. And then - I translate it into practically applicable experiments on myself, track progress, and share with you. Some very basic, proven well-known methods, some novel, some based on my ideas.
I want to be a happy human. Aside the obvious benefits, happier humans are resilient, and can create a better future for our children.
